With nightly vinyl sets and an enviable cellar of natural wine to pair with its East Asian and European-inspired menu, the restaurant invites you to linger, open a bottle, and groove a little. Set in a converted industrial building in Amsterdam Noord, Cornerstore was built by a former DJ collective who wanted food and sound on the same wavelength. Acoustic paneling adorns the ceiling, vintage speakers set the mood, and a light installation by local artists serves as the iconic centerpiece.

On the plate, the 4-course menu takes cues from European bistro traditions and the flavors of East Asia. While the menu changes frequently, expect flavorful dishes like barbecued aubergine with macadamia and chili dressing, confit duck wrapped in lettuce bouquets, and cured whitefish dressed with citrus and seaweed.
