What began with The New York Times-recommended Ard has grown into one of Copenhagen's defining bakery collectives. Across Frederiksberg, Lyngby, and Amager, the formula remains the same: uncompromising craftsmanship and Danish classics baked on-site from morning until close.
The staples never miss. Deeply spiced cardamom buns. Shatteringly crisp croissants. Sesame-studded BMOs layered with Thise butter and Vesterhavsost. Pain au chocolat, tebirkes, and cinnamon rolls. Glossy layer cakes filled with seasonal fruit and mascarpone mousse. Brownies and cookies still warm from the oven. Come lunch, baguettes stuffed with stracciatella, pesto, and salami, alongside paninis layered with ham, cheese, and Dijon.
